Fashion shows

I%26#39;m taking my 14 year old daughter to Paris in February. I promised her a fashion show or fashion tour. The Galeries Lafayette has a free show on Friday afternoons BUT NOT in January/February. Can anyone recommend something that would be fun for a teenage girl? We will of course do some shopping but I%26#39;m looking for something that takes us a little deeper into the French fashion world, I guess. Or any other suggestions of things to do with a teenage girl in Paris in the winter???? Thanks very much, everyone!!!

It may not be any help at all.....but PRINTEMPS also offers free in-store fashion shows (ordinarily Tuesdays at 10 AM)...BUT....I believe (I%26#39;m not sure but it would be simple enough to e-mail and check??) like GALERIES LAFAYETTE, these are temporarily discontinued during the Winter Sale period..January into February.

Oh, I am so glad I read this post! I am also taking my 14-year-old daughter to Paris later this month, and we planned on the fashion show. I did not know that they were not held during the months of Jan and Feb.

Some of those suggestions from other posters sound good. I will have to check them out.
