We are looking for a hotel for the end of June. Need two triples so I want to budget well. Is air condition needed this time of year? Are there any lowend budget (Under 150 per room) with air that are nice area and hotel? From reading the forum it sounds like the Latin area is easy to get around. Also thinking by the eiffel tower.

Definitely look for a hotel with a/c. Last year there was a terrible heat wave for several days in June, and if we hadn%26#39;t had a/c in our hotel, I don%26#39;t I would have been able to sleep a wink.

Near the Eiffel Tower is the Hotel Muguet. It%26#39;s recently been renovated and has a/c. Very low prices, however I think their triple is 170 euros.
Their double is 130.
You might have some difficulty finding a triple for under 150...
