My husband is planning a trip to Paris for my 30th Birthday. One of the things that I want to do while I am there is visit a true winery and have the full experience. We don%26#39;t want to tour wine country, so I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good excursion that would take us from Paris for a one day mini experience. Since it will be our first time in Paris, we want to try and do a little of everything. Your suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

You can take a day trip to Reims and visit a few champagne caves.
Better google them and arrange things in advance.

Reims and champagne area are very interesting and not far from Paris but I am not sure that I will give an advice to visit this region for a %26quot;true winery%26quot; experience, as people in Champagne are making a lot of money and seems often more %26quot;manager%26quot; than %26quot;winegrower%26quot;.
In my opinion the are of Chablis could be a good idea if you like good white wine,

for red you could go not far from Chablis in Irancy area, not very known as some great and expensive burgundy wine but very good and %26quot;true%26quot;
