Paris in March

My wife and I are going to Paris at the end of march and are staying at a hotel in the 17th arrondissement, I have been trying to find info on cafes and bars etc in that area but cant seem to much many, can anyone help me on this

I%26#39;m not very familiar with the 17th, but normally each area has some cafes and bars, where the locals meet for morning coffee or the aperitiv ...

Because these places are small, they neither have websites nor are listened in restaurant-guides ...
