GR34 Mt St Michel to Erquy. we need inns & options?

We will take one week to walk GR34 along the Emerald coast from Mt St Michel to Erquy.

We need advice about where to stop. What inns will have predictable, dependalbe great if not expensive fare.

what section(s) of the GR34 to skip if our time becomes short?

what walking diversions are recommended?

There are 6 of us.

Or should skip the Emerald coast and walk for one week elsewhere in Brittany?
