Here just a few options to get you started. If you%26#39;d like to see menus and perhaps fotos, reservethebest.com is a good place to look if they don%26#39;t have a site of their own :
1728 - very romantic boudoir ambience.
l%26#39;Ambroisie - in the Place de Vosges. Has two or three Michelin stars and is reputed to be the most roomantic, high end price establishment in the city.
For views :
La Tour d%26#39;Argent - it is not as great as it once was, but will still rock your socks off. Great view and a cosy, romantic decor, which is hard to acheive with all that glass.
Le Jules Verne - No view of the ET from here, it is on the ET and is an excellent place to dine if you%26#39;e ever fantasized about having Paris at your feet. Interior somewhat less romantic than the others,, but nobody is really looking inside at this point, so who cares?

Hi,
I would also recommend l%26#39;Ambroisie. It has 3* in Michelin. No view of the Eiffeltower from there, but the Place des Vosges is very romantic... No reservation online, only by telephone ...

My group and I had dinner one evening this past summer at Cafe l%26#39;Homme which is at the Trocadero just across the Seine from the Eiffel Tower. Book a window seat and you%26#39;ll have the Eiffel in all of her glory in your eyes all night long (when you%26#39;re not staring at your fiance!!). The food was fabulous! Being summer, however, we dined on their terrace, but probably late March may still be a little chilly!
Enjoy!!

Hi,
it is true, that you can see the Tour Eiffel from Cafe de l%26#39;Homme, but the food is just okay there ... (been there some weeks ago...)

You might want to consider L%26#39;Ilot Vache on the Ile St. Louis. Very romantic and not outrageously expensive...perhaps 50 euro each.
